Every day, the GeekOut Media crew bring you articles relevant to geek fandom, no matter the niche. However, it’s fair to say that we’ve never really outright reached out to our active readers, followers, friends and fans, to ask what you would want. This is something I’d like to address today, hence the article has come up so late in your Facebook, Twitter, WordPress emails or whatever feed you get us from.
On this wonderful evening, I thought I’d attempt something different with you all. See I’ve been feeling unwell recently thanks to a wisdom tooth causing me grief, so that sucks, but it has made me somewhat reflective over everything we have done as a group. Granted, we run our GeekOut Bristol Meets and our GeekOut Shrewsbury Meets and these we’ll grab feedback on another time. For today though, we’re really keen to know more about what you think about the topics we discuss.
Do we write enough of the content that you enjoy? Is there any one area you think we’re slacking in? Hey, is there a particular series you enjoy on here? We currently have three on-going series, which are:
Is there a writer you particularly enjoy? Alternatively, is there anything you’d just like to say about our content overall? You are the reason we write, so share with us your thoughts and opinions below, or over on Facebook and Twitter.
We’ll resume our usual schedule from tomorrow.
Happy Monday, everyone!
In a similar vein to Top 10s, it’d be interesting to see Timlah and Joel do discussion articles on a topic that can’t necessarily be organised into a list.

Looking at all those, yeah, something along those lines, obviously don’t stop the Top 10s, but seeing you two either discuss something at length would be interesting to see :)
Oh, and the interview videos are always fun, but, those are more circumstantial :P

Sounds good to me – @terraphi, we’ll need to come up with a content strategy for a return to Blogversations (new name, too?)
Ah yeah the interview videos are circumstantial, but if that’s the sort of thing you’re interested in, we can even try to up the amount of those interviews we get. Nothing stops us from trying, right?

While I enjoy all your content, I love your top 10 lists. They are always interesting topics and the choices are always interesting with good reasoning behind them.

Thanks Karandi – I’m always really humbled by the amount of times you’ve shared our content across the Twitterverse. It really means a lot to us! We’ve got no plans to stop the Top 10’s any time soon :)
