Alright, admittedly, anyone who’s ever seen a picture of me will be aware that I’m quite a chunky person. I’ve always been pretty big, but recently I’ve gotten to a point where I’ve decided that I’ve had enough of it. Whilst I could be like everyone else, by heading to a gym and just working out non-stop for ages, I figured I’d want to start it off a bit simpler – Get myself back into the spirit of good health.
