Apps that make my life easier are way up my street. For years, I’ve been using MyFitnessPal on and off, which whenever I use it, sees me lose a good chunk of weight. Whenever I get serious, I lose between 10lbs to a couple of stone using the app. Whatever your requirements are, whether you’re looking to lose weight, or if you’re looking to improve yourself, I can’t recommend this app enough.
