Film, TV, video games and literature all have something in common: Characters. Sometimes, these characters like to have a good feast, or a banquet. Last week, we warned you of the horror’s of All Hallows Eve, by telling you the tale of Ness and Paula as they encountered the pumpkin villain, the Trick or Trick Kid. Countless times have I been subjected to seeing a plot rushed to the finish line, the moment it gets away from the starting post. A hero should be triumphant, they say, so they give you fifteen thousands of hours of hero development, but what about the protagonists of the developing world? Words and phrases – They’re powerful aren’t they? From a simple please, to a rallying war cry, words mean a lot to people, whether you want to admit it or not. But some words and phrases linger with us, some stick through the fandoms and get mixed into the real world. Case in point, I picked up Civilization V which has been in my library for maybe a year, it’s taken a couple of attempts to actually run having a few issues with actually appearing on screen, but as soon as they were out of the way I was ready to see what all the fuss was about. You voted for it, you can’t unvote for it!

That wasn’t what you picked now was it? Or was it? It’s a little hard to tell. Welcome, then, to our assembled list of… Bees?
