SummerSlam 2019 has now come and gone. It was a night filled with very few title changes, although a major one changed. We also saw a couple of non-title feuds, which I’m honestly a big fan of. Sometimes, I prefer to watch an angle between people who just want to get to one another; take the current storyline between Kevin Owens and Shane McMahon for instance. Great stuff… But there is one story that I think will have people talking for arguably years to come.
It’s been a while since I wrote a cosplay post; Indeed, I think the last time I did was in January. I was originally going to be doing a year of small cosplay parts, but time quickly told me that I was going to be hunkered down with work. So, instead, I’m now vowing to complete one costume for the year. The character was only formed a few months ago and it’s quickly become a visual favourite of mine. Are you prepared to follow the leader and let me in?
A startling revelation that came to me, a new and unique idea is genuinely hard to come by. Okay, this is a strange topic for a geek website, but hear me out. It relates to your favourite video games, TV series, films, books and stories of all kinds. When you flick through available content, a lot of stories are similar, albeit with a different cast. This Monday, I saw something that was genuinely new – And that made me and fans exceptionally happy.
I love the wacky world of professional wrestling; so much so, I’ve written about it on numerous occasions. Either in passing, or as a full-blown review, it’s no secret that I love that industry and all of the weird and wonderful people who have come and gone with it. That’s what this article is really mostly about: the people who have come and gone with it. More on that later, but there’s no doubt you’ve heard about the retirement of the legendary Undertaker and if you hadn’t, you might be alone. It was one of those moments that shook an industry to its very core – So if you’re at least somewhat intrigued to know more about the whole show, read on. Otherwise, eh, hopefully you get a good insight about it and why I’d call Professional Wrestling fans equally as geeky as some of the other fandoms we cover on this website.
